The Adizes methodology was developed by Dr Ichak Adizes over a period of 35 years and has been successfully used to transform thousands of organizations throughout the world. Dr Ichak Adizes is one of the world's leading authorities in change management and the creator of a unique methodology for companies to improve financial performance, attract and retain exceptional talent, build and sustain competitive advantage, and become the champion of its market.

The key components of Adizes methodology are:

  • an original concept of the corporate lifecycle,

The Adizes corporate lifecycle approach is based on the fundamental truth that all organizations have a lifecycle, like any living organism. During this lifecycle, as organizations grow and develop, they undergo very predictable and repetitive patterns of behavior.

The Adizes Methodology has eleven phases, and Adizes Associates implement one or more phases, as part of a systematic approach designed to help a client accelerate their transition from one lifecycle phase to the next, on their path to Prime. The sequence, depth of delivery and duration of each phase is customized to meet the needs of each client.
