Our Journey

Our twenty year journey has been quite invigorating and at the same time very challenging. The story of Adizes in the Southeast Europe region begins with Nebojsa Caric contacting Dr. Adizes back in 1993 and then visiting him at The Adizes Institute a few times during 1994. Nebojsa founded Adizes Management Consulting in Novi Sad that same year, together with former partners. After years of striving and thriving, in order to pursue other opportunities, Nebojsa left the company in 2010 and founded Adizes Business Consulting.

Nebojsa is our leader that we trust and respect. At Adizes Business Consulting, our corporate culture is about professional knowledge and personal integrity. Knowledge and international experience is our brand. It is a major source of differentiation for our business. This has never made us complacent, though. With globalization and economic integration creating new opportunities, our next big challenge is to become a dominant, innovative, and knowledge-based company in the near future.
