Adizes Business Consulting is a licensee of the Adizes Institute, an international management consulting firm. We deliver business solutions with a cutting-edge structured system for managing accelerated organizational change. Our powerful processes, tools, and concepts are based on the Adizes methodology.

The Adizes Program is based on a unique, multidisciplinary, and consistent approach to organizational and management development. The main building blocks of our methodology are: an original approach to the corporate lifecycle, an original managerial typology, and a unique approach to leading and mastering organizational change, based on building a culture of mutual trust and respect.

We transform the way managers see consulting. We do it by empowering managers to grow their organizations. Our program cues the change leaders so they know when to focus efforts on external integration, when to focus on internal integration and when to work on both fronts simultaneously.

When we start working to transform an organization we deal with not only the people in the organization, but also the organizational structure, the managerial process and the mission and vision. Last but not least, we make sure to address these issues in the right sequence.

The Adizes Program aims to achieve four goals simultaneously, although not always in equal proportions. These four goals can be thought of in two dimensions, organizational and individual, as shown in the matrix above.
